How do I place an order?

Online via our Comms Direct website.

The simplest and fastest method is to browse through our products, select the item you wish to purchase, choose the quantity, and click on the “Add to Cart” button. Once you’re ready to complete your purchase, navigate to your shopping cart and click on the “Checkout” button. Follow the instructions to provide shipping information, select a payment method, and review your order before finalising the purchase. Major credit cards accepted include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and others. You will receive a payment confirmation email if you pay by any method other than EFT.

Depending on which payment method you select, the charge will appear on your statement as either of:

You will receive a separate email with your order confirmation which will provide information relating to your purchase including details of the items purchased..

Your order number will appear on the confirmation emails, and should be used in any correspondence or communications.

A Tax Invoice will automatically be sent to you upon the items being shipped.

Offline purchases

Sometimes the nature of your requirements needs a more personalised approach to order generation, billing, and fulfilment. If this is required call our sales team, and we can work through this with you and generate an invoice for payment. This process takes longer than purchasing directly online as it is a manual process.

Please note that if you simply require an invoice for payment, you can achieve this by selecting EFT as the payment method at checkout and completing the order. The system will email you a pro-forma invoice and place your order on hold pending payment. Once payment is made the order will be processed. A Tax Invoice will automatically be sent to you upon the items being shipped.

How can I pay for my order and when will I receive a Tax Invoice?

We accept, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, JCB, Union Pay, AfterPay, Klarna, ZipPay, and Apple Pay, via our secure payment gateway at checkout.

If you wish to pay by EFT, select EFT at checkout, and you will be sent an invoice for payment. Once payment is made and funds are received into our account, then goods will be released for processing.

Tax Invoices are sent automatically by our system to the email address supplied @ checkout in the billing details when goods have shipped and the orders is finalised and closed.
